Media Kit

Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to look at our media kit. Here are a few things we would like you to know while making your decision on partnering with us by advertising on the podcast and blog.

A Brief History

The Ranger Report and The Ranger Report Podcast began back in 2008 as a MLBlogs site called “Ranger Fan Dieter”. Blogger and Podcaster Ben Dieter had a passion for the Texas Rangers and wanted to have an outlet to create content about his favorite team. Ben’s passion was evident and his site grew to the point that in 2011 he decided to start his own blog called “The Ranger Report”.

Already an experienced podcaster on a show called “The Hague Sports Podcast”, Ben also decided to start a podcast of his own called “The Ranger Report Podcast”. This media kit is an overview of the website and the podcast and gives you an idea of the type of passion and growth that the site and the podcast has seen over the past year.

The Ranger Report Podcast joined Dallas Sports Nation in 2022 and are not credentialed media for the Texas Rangers. The podcast is also now a part of the Fans First Sports Network and is available on more than 17 platforms including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, iHeart Radio, Pandora, Amazon Music, Audible, YouTube and many more. We hope you decide to advertise and grow with the only Rangers podcast that is truly run by fans as we are now part of the Fans First Sports Network. Since 2011 The Ranger Report website has been read by more than 24,250 people.
