Road Trip Sucess!

The Rangers have started the season with the most successful road start in franchise history. The Rangers played 9 games on the road so far, and they won 8 of them. The trip included stops in Minnesota, Boston and Detroit, all places the Rangers have struggled to win in the past. The only game they lost was to last seasons MVP and CY Young winner Justin Verlander, and that was only by 1 run. Robbie Ross banked 3 wins on this road trip, but he is still forced to carry the pink backpack and the toy gun every time he makes his way to the pen! The Rangers pen has been amazing, and so has the stating rotation. All of the Rangers starters are hitting well, pitching well, and fielding well. This team is truly a tough team to face right now. The Rangers come home tomorrow to face off against the NY Yankees, and that will be a challenge for them. Either the Rangers or Yankees are 1st in almost every offensive category in the AL this season. We know the Yankees can hit, but can they hit this Rangers pitching squad? The next 3 days will tell us, but for now, lets celebrate this great road trip for the Rangers and get ready for Pudge to retire a Ranger tomorrow!
