Texas Legend and favorite of the fans for decades Nolan Ryan announced moments ago that he will be retiring from the Rangers, effective October 31 of this year. Since Nolan took over, the Rangers have gone from a bottom feeder to one of the premier organizations in the AL. He will be missed and we here at the Ranger Report wish him well in his future endeavors. It is a sad day in Texas, but a day that many of us saw coming soon. God Bless Nolan, and God Bless Texas.
