The Texas Rangers Daily Five for April 28, 2014

20131109-103027.jpgThe Texas Rangers had a really good chance to sweep the Seattle Mariners this weekend, but they wound up blowing the finale and losing to a fantastic catch by Justin Smoak on Friday, meaning they lost the series to Seattle. The Return of Adrian Beltre was good for him, and he looked good all weekend long. The return of Matt Harrison was also good, and he looked much better than I expected him to look.

The Texas Rangers start another series with the Athletics this week, and it should be a good one with Yu Darvish, Martin Perez and Robbie Ross pitching for the Texas Rangers. I look forward to seeing what they can do against their division rivals, whom they swept in Oakland last week. Here are the five stories from the weekend you need to check out!
