The Rangers have aquired reliever Ryan Kelly fo Guillermo Moscoso Saturday. Kelly is a power reliever, touching 95-96 with his fastball, but he will not be on the 40 man roster. He will start at either AA ball or AAA ball. Stay tuned to the Ranger Report for any more updates.
