Texas Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton was hospitalized, according to the team with the early symptoms of pneumonia. “He is currently being treated at a local hospital and is expected to be released within the next 24 hours, Josh should be able to resume his conditioning and baseball activities within the next several days.” said a team spokesman.
