The Rangers went in to L.A. or Anaheim or wherever the Angels play ball and reminded them last evening that they (The Rangers) are the defending AL West Champions. Ogando was almost perfect, and the Rangers have now allowed 2 runs in their last 6 games, including 4 shutouts. Ranger pitching is in a place that not many of us have ever seen before. Tonight will be Derek Holland, going for his third straight complete game shutout, is in a new place in his career. He has not allowed a run in the last 18 innings he has pitched. I really look forward to seeing what he can do tonight against the Angels. The Defense has been great, the pitching almost perfect, and the offense has been stellar. If the Rangers win tonight, they will be 6 games up on the Angels, and if they sweep the Angels, I will start feeling the way I did about last year’s team. Lets enjoy this streak while it lasts, Ranger fans! This team is on fire!!
